The Brief

Adriana and Martin were referred to us in the summer of 2021, looking for a Tiffany style solitaire. After our initial consultation via Zoom where Adriana and Martin shared some inspiration images and outlined what they were looking for we got to work on an initial design for them using our computer aided ring design software. We paid particular attention to the setting of the solitaire as a design element that was important to the couple was to allow as much light as possible to enter the stone. This led to us designing a raised setting that held the diamond in the air while still being perfectly safe being held by six prongs. For the band the couple wanted a “knife edge” profile with the band raising up into a sharp edge in the centre which helps the solitaire diamond look even bigger than it already is.

The Result
